Seek to establish a baseline, investigate particular circumstances relevant to population and human development advocacy, review the impact of certain policies and/or programs on the Filipino people’s quality of life, and project the achievement of certain changes following the implementation of a defined set of policy and/or program responses.
ii) Evaluative studies
Review and analysis of the basis and rationale of existing laws on population and human development. The study is an assessment of the laws’ effects, strengths, and gaps.
iii) Political mapping
Continuous updating of information on legislators’ position, position weight, and power for advocacy strategy formulation.
iv) Action Research
Bill or issue-based studies on pressing issues.
